About University Suites

University Suites is a modern suite-style residence hall opened in 2013 on UMass Lowell's East Campus, housing approximately 472 students in 4- and 6-person suites with shared kitchenettes, living rooms, and bathrooms. Home to the Commonwealth Honors Living-Learning Community, which is open to all Honors College members and fosters interdisciplinary engagement across class years. Steps from the Campus Recreation Center and Tsongas Center arena. Shared lounges on each floor.
