Middlebrook Hall is UMN's West Bank residence hall, offering suite-style rooms with shared bathrooms and access to a communal kitchen. Located across the Mississippi River from the main East Bank campus, Middlebrook is popular with arts, music, and humanities students who appreciate its proximity to the West Bank's theaters, studios, and coffeehouses. The building hosts several Learning Communities including the Honors LLC, La Casa de Español (Spanish language immersion), the Substance-Free House, and the West Bank Arts House. All-gender bathrooms throughout. Dining is available at nearby campus facilities.
