Cone Hall is one of three high-rise towers at UNC Greensboro, standing nine floors and housing approximately 355 students. Built in 1967, it is a traditional corridor-style hall with floor-level community bathrooms, primarily serving first-year students. The building features two elevators, laundry facilities, and easy access to campus walking trails and the adjacent Spartan Village apartment complex.
