Spring Garden Apartments is an upperclass apartment-style community at UNCG, housing 398 students in four-bedroom/two-bath and two-bedroom units. Each apartment features a full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher; a furnished living room; and a private landscaped courtyard. Bathrooms are shared between roommates within each unit (semi-private). Quiet study rooms are available on each floor; laundry is on the first floor. On-site parking available. Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
