About South Spencer Hall

South Spencer Hall opened in 1907 and is physically attached to North Spencer Hall along College Avenue's west side at UNC Greensboro. A two-story traditional corridor hall housing approximately 100 students, South Spencer is home to the Honors Collaborative program — where Honors and non-Honors students can be roommates. One of the smallest residential buildings on campus, offering an intimate community feel.

Bathrooms here are communal, so you'll be carrying your things down the hall. Students here often pick up:

EUDELE Mesh Shower Caddy Portable for College Dorm Room Esse · $9.99 Shower Shoez – Quick-Dry Shower Flip Flops · $10–$16
