About Coit Hall

Coit Hall is one of seven renovated residence halls surrounding the historic Quad at UNC Greensboro — a landscaped lawn with porches, oak trees, and red brick buildings at the center of campus. The three-story suite-style building offers double-occupancy rooms with semi-private bathrooms shared within each suite, individual thermostat-controlled air conditioning, full kitchens on each floor, laundry on each floor, elevator access, and vaulted parlors overlooking the Quad lawn. Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
