Spartan Village 2 (SV2) consists of two residence halls — Lexington Hall and McCormick Hall — forming a campus "town center" with integrated ground-floor retail spaces. Apartment-style living for upperclass students in four-bedroom/two-bath and two-bedroom/one-bath configurations, matching the SV1 floor plans. Private single bedrooms with full kitchens featuring granite countertops, apartment-controlled thermostats with confirmed air conditioning, and free laundry.
