Jefferson Suites is UNCG's first LEED Silver–certified residence hall, sitting at the heart of campus with 405 residents across six residential floors. Suite types include single suites (four singles sharing two bathrooms and a common area) and double suites (two doubles each with a private in-suite bathroom and common area). The building also houses a Bojangles restaurant, classrooms, and faculty offices on the ground floor. Amenities include a full kitchen, music practice room, study lounges, and laundry on every residential floor. Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
