Phillips/Hawkins Residence Hall is a combined building on Gray Drive at UNC Greensboro, housing 339 students of all class years in traditional corridor-style doubles. One of the most diverse halls on campus, it is home to the International House program with cultural, social, and language-learning programming. Five floors, each with a kitchenette. Communal per-floor bathrooms. No central air conditioning.
