Spartan Village (SV1) is a modern apartment-style residential community at UNC Greensboro located along Gate City Blvd, comprising four buildings: Haywood Hall (which houses the 24-hour community clubhouse), Highland Hall, Lee Hall, and Union Hall. Combined, the four buildings house the majority of Spartan Village's 807-student population. All apartments offer single bedrooms, full kitchens with granite countertops and appliances (oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher), and apartment-controlled thermostats with confirmed air conditioning. Free centralized laundry, elevator access, and courtyard amenities. Home to the CONNECT living-learning community for transfer students. Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
