About Tower Village

Tower Village is an apartment-style community at UNC Greensboro housing 305 upperclass students in four-bedroom and five-bedroom (corner) efficiency units. Each apartment has a mini-kitchen and one shared bathroom with double or triple vanity — communal within the apartment. The 305-resident building is home to the International House living-learning community and features a courtyard, first-floor game room, second-floor study lounge, and laundry. One of UNCG's most economical housing options.
