Osprey Ridge is UNF's newest residence hall, opened Fall 2025 exclusively for students in the Thomas G. Carpenter Library Honors College program. The 4-story, 165,000+ square foot building houses 520 students across single and double rooms with shared bathrooms. The hall features a boardwalk connecting directly to campus, sand volleyball and pickleball courts, and dedicated honors programming spaces. Three LLCs call Osprey Ridge home: First-Year Honors, Global Honors, and Honors Horizons. The hall represents a major investment in UNF's Honors College living experience.
