About Hillside Courts

Hillside Courts is UNI's apartment-style residential community for upperclass and graduate students. The complex offers furnished apartment units with kitchen facilities and private bedrooms on the south side of campus. Hillside is popular with juniors, seniors, and students with families and provides a more independent living experience while keeping residents connected to the campus community in Cedar Falls.
