About Rider Hall

Built in 1961, Rider Hall is a large traditional residence hall on the south side of campus, housing over 700 first-year students across multiple named residential houses. Located in the "Quads" complex, Rider is connected to the Piazza dining center and Redeker Center by skywalk. The hall is home to the First-Year Experience and Honors Residential Communities, and residents enjoy easy access to recreational facilities and a vibrant floor community environment.
