Boling Apartments is a first-year apartment community at UTC, opened in 1975, housing approximately 411 students in 4-bedroom/1-bathroom apartments with extra-long twin beds. The community features a hammock garden and a central community room. On-campus location with shuttle access. All utilities including laundry are included in room rates.
