West Campus is UTC's flagship first-year residence hall, a 7-story brick building housing approximately 599 students in 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suite configurations. All suites are air conditioned. On-site dining includes an Einstein Bagels, P.O.D. Market, and Pizzeria. A 2-level parking garage is attached. All utilities including laundry are included in room rates.
