About Maverick Hall

Maverick Hall is UT Arlington's newest and largest residence hall, opened Fall 2025 with 654 beds across five floors. It offers single, double, and private suite configurations, all with full-size beds — unique among UTA halls, which otherwise use twin XL. Each suite type includes a private ensuite bathroom. Kitchens are available on every floor. The building features a courtyard with a study garden and hammock island. Maverick Hall houses the Architecture, Art & Design, Engineering, and Mavs RISE Residential Learning Communities. All utilities are included.

This building has a shared kitchen. Students here often pick up:

Keurig K-Mini Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, 6 to 12oz · $71.00 Keyton Personal Blender – Single-Serve with Travel Cup · $25–$40
