About Prather Hall

Prather Hall is one of the University of Texas's traditional corridor residence halls, named for William Lambdin Prather, UT President (1899–1905), who coined the famous phrase "The eyes of Texas are upon you." Air-conditioned double rooms with communal floor bathrooms. Prather is part of the central campus residential cluster, convenient to Jester Center dining and the main academic buildings. A primarily first-year hall with strong RA programming.
