About Parks Tower

UT's signature 16-story high-rise and the tallest building on main campus, designated for first-year students. All Parks Tower residents participate in the First Year Experience (FYE) program. A 2018 renovation added kitchenettes on each floor, updated the lobby, and modernized common spaces. Features lofted twin XL beds with built-in closets, floor lounges, a computer lab, laundry, and vending. Also home to the Holistic Wellness and MESP (Minority Engineering Scholarship Program) living-learning communities.
