About Honors Academic Village

A modern 4-story, 142,000 sq ft apartment-style community for Honors College students and upperclassmen, opened in 2015. Houses 492 students in 1-, 2-, and 4-bedroom fully furnished apartments with full kitchens. Amenities include an Academic Success Center, fitness center, recreation center, study lounges, WiFi, and an on-site laundry facility. Managed by American Campus Communities. Residents are not required to purchase a meal plan.
