About Emmet House

Emmet House is one of McCormick Road's ten historic hall-style houses at UVA, home with its neighbours to about 1,300 students in double rooms, with roughly 45 students per hallway sharing a common bathroom. UVA renovated Emmet during the 2018–19 academic year, the second phase of a three-phase McCormick Road project that added air conditioning and elevators along with community-space upgrades.
