About Gildersleeve House

Gildersleeve House is one of Brown College's twelve named residential portals, connected to the college's other halls by underground tunnels. Named for Greek professor Basil Gildersleeve, it provides upperclass students with suite-style housing and semi-private bathrooms as part of UVA's Brown College residential community.
