About Kent House

Kent House is one of McCormick Road's ten historic hall-style houses at UVA, home with its neighbours to about 1,300 students in double rooms, with roughly 45 students per hallway sharing a common bathroom. Kent was one of the first three McCormick Road houses (with Bonnycastle and Dabney) to complete renovation, in August 2018 — phase one of a three-phase project that added air conditioning and elevators.
