The Oaks is a state-of-the-art first-year suite-style hall at UWG, built in 2013. Single and double rooms feature semi-private bathrooms shared between suite members, and digital thermostat-controlled air conditioning (confirmed). Located across from off-campus dining and shopping, the hall offers 24-hour community kitchen and study rooms, free in-building laundry, and an outdoor fire pit. Home to the Honors Living-Learning Community on a dedicated floor.
