Murray Hall is a classic UWEC corridor-style residence hall named for a former chancellor. It is primarily a first-year hall offering standard double rooms with communal bathrooms. Murray sits on the bluff campus near the science and arts buildings and benefits from quiet study spaces and a smaller, more intimate community feel than the larger Towers complex. Several honors and arts-focused residential communities have been hosted in Murray.
