About Kronshage Main

Kronshage Main is one of the residential houses that make up Kronshage Hall at UW-Madison, opened in 1939. It is named for Theodore Kronshage Jr., who was born in Boscobel, received his bachelor's and law degrees from UW-Madison, and practiced law for 34 years, regarded as one of the best trial attorneys in Milwaukee.
