About Showerman House

Showerman House is one of the residential houses that make up Kronshage Hall at UW-Madison, opened in 1939. It is named for Grant Showerman, born in Brookfield, who earned his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. at UW-Madison and was named a fellow in Latin at both UW-Madison and the American School of Classical Studies in Rome.
