About Stambaugh House

Stambaugh House is one of the 10 Houses on Vanderbilt's Ingram Commons, named for the Stambaugh family's contributions to Vanderbilt. Houses approximately 70 first-year students in corridor-style double rooms with communal bathrooms and air conditioning. The Ingram Commons system has been widely praised for its success in building strong first-year community bonds through the Head of House model.
