About The Commons

[South Campus] The Commons is Villanova's newest residence complex (opened 2019) — a six-building apartment-style community on South Campus. Each unit is a 4-person apartment with full kitchen and private bathrooms. Modern finishes, air-conditioned, with The Commons Marketplace dining at the center. The most-sought-after upper-class housing on campus.
