The largest residence hall on VCU's Monroe Park Campus, the Gladding Residence Center (GRC) is a 12-story first-year complex housing approximately 1,518 students across both traditional corridor rooms and semi-suite configurations. Each room includes a microfridge. The GRC is home to five Living-Learning Communities: Emerging Leaders, Engineering & Computer Science, Live Well, Mosaic, and Outdoor Adventure. Six distinct floor neighborhoods each have shared kitchens, laundry rooms, and a lounge. Located steps from the Compass, VCU's campus green and social hub.
