Opened in 2015, Grace and Broad is a 5-story apartment community at the heart of VCU's Monroe Park Campus housing approximately 397 students in 4-person apartments with full kitchens and in-unit washer/dryers. Home to two Living-Learning Communities: VCU LEAD and VCU INNOVATE. Open year-round over breaks. No dining plan required.
