About Seymour Hall

Seymour Hall is one of three buildings in Westfield State's Apartment Complex, built in 1975 and renovated in 2000–2001. The building faces Western Avenue and is part of the horseshoe arrangement with Conlin and Welch Halls. It houses upperclass students in 6-person apartment units. Note: Seymour Hall was closed in Spring 2026 for structural repairs; students were temporarily relocated to Conlin Hall. Verify current operational status with Residential Life before selecting.
