About Jewett Hall

Jewett Hall is Whitman College's historic women's residence hall, one of the oldest and most architecturally distinguished buildings on campus. Built in the early 20th century in a gracious brick style, Jewett houses women students in corridor-style rooms and is known for its strong community traditions and beautiful common spaces. The hall is home to the Jewett Bowl, an outdoor performance space used for events throughout the year.
