About Mark Hopkins Hall

Mark Hopkins Hall is one of four buildings in Williams College's Greylock Quad, named for the legendary Williams president (1836–1872) who famously said a log with a student on one end and a teacher on the other was the ideal college. The Greylock Quad complex wraps around Greylock Dining Hall, making it one of the most dining-convenient locations on campus. Corridor-style rooms with communal bathrooms. No air conditioning.
