About Wood House

Wood House is a large upperclass residence built in 1905 as the Zeta Psi fraternity house, acquired by the college in 1970 and named for Hamilton Wood (Class of 1910). Housing approximately 30 students in 22 singles and four doubles, the building retains much of its original dark oak woodwork and flooring, with two living rooms, a study, and a kitchen on the first floor plus a basement common space. It sits at the corner of Main Street and South Street near the '62 Center for Theatre and Dance.
