About Fenway Residence Halls

Five historic Victorian brownstones — 24, 26, 32, 40, and 54 Fenway — housing approximately 200 students, predominantly Boston Conservatory at Berklee students. Each building offers unique room layouts (singles through quints), a community lounge, and easy access to Fenway Park and the neighborhood's shops and restaurants. Buildings have no air conditioning or elevators.
