About Chapin House

A program house on Wriston Quadrangle (built 1950–1952), Chapin House is home to Harambee House, a program focused on African American culture and community. The Wriston Quad setting — a Georgian Colonial quadrangle built around a central green — encourages community interaction. Standard Brown furnishings; towel bars on interior room doors (Wriston Quad standard). The quad is one of the most social residential areas on campus.
