Phillips Hall sits in a prime Mid Quad location between Beckett Hall to the west and Parents Field to the east, making it one of the most accessible buildings on campus. It houses approximately 67 residents across single-gender floors in singles, doubles, and triples, all air-conditioned and with semi-private bathroom arrangements shared between a cluster of rooms. Phillips is widely known for strong dorm culture and a tight-knit community, and it is also home to the Ryal Computer Lab — open 24 hours, 7 days a week with multiple workstations — which draws students from other halls. The central location and hall culture make Phillips one of the more competitive dorms in CMC's room draw.
