About Crawshaw House

Crawshaw House is one of four connected houses — with Cobb, Parke and Russell — that make up Colgate's Bryan Complex within Hancock Commons. It is home to the Harlem Renaissance Center. Rooms are singles and doubles within suites whose bedrooms share a bathroom, and each house has an all-gender restroom in its fireplace lounge. The complex shares a communal kitchen with scheduled open hours in "the Edge," the multi-purpose space at its centre. As part of Hancock Commons it houses first-year and sophomore students.

Crawshaw House has no air conditioning. Students here often pick up:

Gaiatop USB Desk Fan – 5.5" Portable (3-Speed) · $7.98 Vornado VFAN Mini Classic Vintage Desk Fan · $39.99
