Braiden Hall is one of CSU's traditional residence halls located in the North residential neighborhood. It houses first-year students in a classic double-occupancy corridor configuration with communal bathrooms shared by each floor. Braiden is one of the largest first-year halls at CSU and is known for its active floor community culture and central proximity to campus dining. The building has been maintained with modern upgrades including air conditioning and updated common areas, study lounges, and laundry facilities on each floor. Residents are within a short walk of Corbett-Parmelee Dining.
