Jarvis House is one of Duke's East Campus first-year houses. Traditional Gothic corridor-style building with double rooms and communal bathrooms per floor, no air conditioning. Jarvis House is part of the nationally recognized Duke East Campus first-year experience — all first-year students live together, separated from upperclassmen on West Campus, creating a distinctive and highly regarded introduction to Duke.
