About Pegram House

Pegram House is one of Duke's East Campus first-year houses, a historic Gothic corridor building with double rooms and communal bathrooms. No air conditioning. Part of the East Campus first-year community where all Duke freshmen live. The East Campus buildings are organized around open Gothic quads, providing a beautiful outdoor community space that complements the traditional dorm experience.
