Sycamore Suites opened in 2017 as part of the LEED Silver certified suite complex, housing approximately 495 students in two-person suite configurations with one shared bathroom per suite. Geothermal HVAC provides fully adjustable heating and air conditioning. Three full communal kitchens, eight laundry rooms, pool tables, ping pong, a computer lab, main lounge, and study lounges are available. Sycamore houses OASIS, CAPS, Student Conduct, and Health & Wellness offices. It is home to three Living Learning Communities: University Honors Program, the STEM LLC (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math, CS, Psychology), and the College of Health Sciences LLC for incoming Health Sciences freshmen. Gender-inclusive housing available.
