University Apartments is an on-campus apartment community at ESU offering 37 furnished three-bedroom units housing 111 upperclass and graduate students. Each unit has three single bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen. Fully adjustable AC and heating are provided. Meal plan is not required. Gender-inclusive housing is available. Units are co-ed; same-gender or mixed roommate configurations available by request.
