Minsi Hall is a four-floor traditional residence hall at ESU designated primarily for upperclassmen, offering 90 beds exclusively in single rooms — the only all-single traditional hall on campus. Floors alternate by gender (floors 1 and 3 male, floors 2 and 4 female). Rooms have full-size XL beds (larger than the standard twin XL in other halls). No air conditioning. Amenities include pool tables, ping pong, pianos, computer labs, laundry, a main lounge, study lounges, and a patio/outdoor seating area.
