The Fairfield University Townhouses are a beloved upperclassmen housing option situated on the edge of campus near the beach community of Fairfield. These two-story townhouse units house four to six students in a residential setting with full kitchens, private bathrooms, and a living room — providing the most independent on-campus housing experience at Fairfield. The Townhouses are extremely popular among juniors and seniors and are known as the social heart of upperclassman life at the university.
