University Towers is an apartment-style residence primarily for second-year FIU students, housing 482 residents with 12 resident assistants. The building offers three room configurations: 2-bedroom private, 4-bedroom private (with two full bathrooms), and limited studio units. All units include a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, living room (in 2- and 4-bedroom units), and dining furniture. Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, laundry facilities on the first floor, and lounges on alternate floors. Located on FIU's Modesto Maidique Campus.
