About Sowers Hall

Sowers Hall, built in 1965 and fully renovated in 2008, houses approximately 84 students in single, double, and deluxe double rooms across three floors. Sowers is the only FSU residence hall without a community kitchen; a Subway restaurant occupies the first floor. The hall is not air-conditioned. Laundry is in-building. Sowers Hall is home to STEM@Sowers, a Living–Learning Community for incoming freshmen interested in STEM fields. Beds are Extra Long Twin.
