About Brownsville Hall

Brownsville Hall opened around 2019 as the first new residence hall at Frostburg State in 40 years. The six-floor building houses approximately 431 students in three suite configurations: Suite A (2 singles sharing 1 bath), Suite B (4 singles with 2 baths), and Suite C (1 single + 1 double sharing 1 bath). Air conditioning is included in the housing rate. Glass-enclosed study rooms are available throughout the building, and floor laundry and a ground-floor community kitchen are provided. The 6th floor is designated for Honors upperclassmen. Beds are Twin XL.
