Barclay Hall is one of Haverford's primary first-year corridor residence halls, housing students across 4 residential floors. Room sizes range from 6'5"×13'6" to 10'4"×13'6" for singles and doubles. The building has lounge/community spaces, basement laundry, a microwave and sink in central spaces, and carpet throughout. Like all Haverford housing, Barclay operates under the college's Honor Code — one of the oldest student-run honor systems in the US. Residents self-govern their community, set their own norms, and take collective responsibility for their shared spaces. The Haverford campus is a 216-acre arboretum just 10 miles from Center City Philadelphia — beautiful, intimate, and unlike any other campus environment.
